timotei Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Hello! I had a domaincalculatoare2009ro.co.cc. It pointed to other host at the beginnig, but now I wanted to move it to heliohost servers. No matter how hard I try I cannot park the account because it says: Error from park wrapper: calculatoare2009ro.co.cc is owned by another user. Can anybody check for it? I've added the ns1 and ns2 heliohost.org nameservers to the hosting account. Can anybody check if it is something I missed? My heliohost account is: calc2009 Thanks a lot, Timotei

My heliohost account is: calculatoare2009ro.heliohost.org

Byron Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 The administrator is the only one who has access to the server. You'll need to wait for him.
