Error Occured During Signup

Since friday morning I have been trying to set up an account, but everytime I try it says "error occured during signup, please try again later" but the next hour the signup limit has been reached. I wait another day, and try again but it still won't sign me up even though the signup limit has not been reached yet? Is it something I am doing wrong?

Else I will have to use... a DIFFEREMT hosting company *screams of terror* ahhhhhh
