My account has disappeared

Hi,

 

I setup a simple website for my company on heliohost a month or two ago, and I've not really thought about it since. I also set up an email address which forwards to my main email account.

 

Today I've been trying to log on to my heliohost account, but it doesn't log on properly. I've submitted a password reset request on the cpanel logon page, but it has not come through to my email.

 

My domain is cyclingpianotuner.co.uk and my username is mongoose.

 

Can anyone shed any light on what might be wrong?
