"Hosting Account Installed!" -> "Address Not Found" -> "Login Attempt Failed!" ???

Since last October 12, when I received the message "Hosting Account Installed!", I cannot access my cpanel: "Address Not Found"

 

Trying to login trough HelioHost, I receive the message: "Login Attempt Failed!"

 

I have tried to reset my password, but nothing comes to my e-mail... In addition, I cannot create a different account with the same domain: http://advogadossemfronteiras.org

 

Please, what happens?
