It's seems blocked or deleted I don't know, I can move to another domain but I need the files!!! Help Pleaseeee!!

If you reregstered with the same info, it's most likely that your previous account was deleted, along with any data you had on there.

Sorry. If you haven't logged into cPanel for a month, your account is suspended and queued for deletion. Looks like your account was already deleted.
