double whammy - account setup?

1. i have set my nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org...

can't find server! (okay okay it's only been 24 hours but I usually find it

works instantly with my registrar - namecheap that is.) --> ktwdemo.com

2. can't login with my heliohost username and password on

heliohost's main page. it doesn't recognize me at all. username --> majick

 

yes you can call me impatient if u like...

but I am testing this service because I want to refer others to it

and it seems strange that things would take so long when other

free hosts can have ur account up in (literally) 10 seconds.

ok but now I am getting impatient because it's been 4 days

and while my dns has populated and points to heliohosts

nameservers, my account doesn't even seem to exist yet.

I should add that I did get this email initially regarding account installation,

but assume that my account is not "active" yet, however I do not even see

a suspended message either as the email suggests:

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been installed. Here is your account information:

Username: majick (note: case sensitive!)

Password: *******

Domain: ktwdemo.com

Control Panel URL: http://ktwdemo.com/cpanel
