Your Server Ip is Blocked by Hotmail and Police reasons. I see a lot of posts in this forum about this problem. The solution is: http://www.spamhaus.org/xbl/index.lasso You need to unlock your IP server adress from the lists. It easy! Quote

I've unlock the IP of Heliohost Server. Sending mails to Yahoo is now possible (maybe) Try and say something. (Sorry my English, I'm Portuguese and I don't speak English frequently.) Quote
