The IP that the server stevie.heliohost.org is residing on is being blocked by spamhaus. they have to contact spamhaus and get it removed from the list of denial. Admins?????
theyyam Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 65.19.143.2 I am having the same problems with my account too. The CBL lookup syas: IP Address 65.19.143.2 is currently listed in the CBL. It was detected at 2009-10-11 00:00 GMT (+/- 30 minutes), approximately 3 days, 17 hours, 29 minutes ago. There will usually be a link to self-remove this IP from the CBL at the end of this page, but read the following text first It has been relisted following a previous removal at 2009-10-10 11:32 GMT ATTENTION: At the time of detection, this IP was infected with, or NATting for a computer infected with a high volume spam sending trojan - it is participating or facilitating a botnet sending spam or spreading virus/spam trojans. ATTENTION: If you simply repeatedly remove this IP address from the CBL without correcting the problem, the CBL WILL eventually stop letting you delist it and you will have to contact us directly. This detection is of the DarkMailer/YellSOFT DirectMailer Trojan. PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING We have re-enabled the ability to self-remove Darkmailer infections. Tell your hosting provider about this problem, don't simply delist it and wait for it to be relisted again in an hour. ......... They are suggesting to "enabling CSF SMTP_BLOCK does". So please help ..
finger123 Posted October 14, 2009 Author Posted October 14, 2009 i guess no admin has taken a look at this issue yet??

Byron Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 The administrator hasn't been around in awhile. Hopefully he'll show up soon. In the meantime you'll just have to be patient. Sorry!
timotei Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 In the meantime, can you tell us what means : No such user here? That's the thing I get when trying to send emails:-?

No I can't but maybe somebody else will come along who can. Or maybe this is an administrator only issue that only he can correct? Sorry!
