tablecat
I have properly set ns1 and ns2.heliohost.org as name servers pointing to my website. But when I access [redacted] it takes me to an account queued page. When I access through my .heliohost.org address this is not the case. tablecat
So even a parked domain counts as an individual account that needs to be queued?
Byron
I honestly couldn't say, I just know it takes a little while for it to show.
Vicky
So even a parked domain counts as an individual account that needs to be queued? It took near about 2 hours for me. I had the nameservers set to Heliohost's 2 days prior to parking the domain, so as soon as I parked it, it showed "Account Queued" for 2 hrs before it started showing my Primary domain's site. Wizard
Apache needs to restart in order for your changes to to take effect. It restarts once per day. Thus, you usually need to wait a day for your domain to show up.
