tablecat Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 I have properly set ns1 and ns2.heliohost.org as name servers pointing to my website. But when I access [redacted] it takes me to an account queued page. When I access through my .heliohost.org address this is not the case. Quote
Byron Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 Give it about 24hrs after creating the parked domain. Quote
tablecat Posted October 11, 2009 Author Posted October 11, 2009 So even a parked domain counts as an individual account that needs to be queued? Quote
Byron Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 I honestly couldn't say, I just know it takes a little while for it to show. Quote
Vicky Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 So even a parked domain counts as an individual account that needs to be queued? It took near about 2 hours for me. I had the nameservers set to Heliohost's 2 days prior to parking the domain, so as soon as I parked it, it showed "Account Queued" for 2 hrs before it started showing my Primary domain's site. Quote
Wizard Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 Apache needs to restart in order for your changes to to take effect. It restarts once per day. Thus, you usually need to wait a day for your domain to show up. Quote
