Wizard
What is your website url and username? Do you use cron?
Ashoat
Maybe your ISP has blocked HelioHost. Have you tried accessing your website from a proxy when it's down from your end?

sicmag
Do you use cron? My site has been having the same problem (I think). Occasionally I just can't connect to mysubdomain.heliohost.org OR heliohost.org, but then it works again 5-10 minutes later. I use Drupal (a CMS) on my site, and have 'ran cron' before - I think it checks for updates to Drupal. I don't really know what cron does, but could it be causing my problem? Wizard
Cron is a scheduler. You can make it run scripts and programs at times that you set, automatically. However, since this takes up cpu resources, you can only run two cron jobs a day.
