Park/addon Domain help

Hello,

 

I am haveing issues with Parking and addon domains. Every time i try to do a addon domain or park a domain i get this:

 

Error from park wrapper: snowballent.co.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.

 

Now i have the domain nameservers pointed to Helios And still nothing. Its been over a week now.

 

Please help!

Good to know that this issue is being checked.

I have the same problem in configuring an addon domain (strange-mysteries.co.cc) and was about to open a new thread for support on the issue.

yes i have the same issues about Parking and addon domains.Every time i got this:

My hosting account is: nipao
