Cpanel won't open?!

Yesterday I newly created site here at you. Well 24 hours past and I can normaly open website and stuff, but I can't contact cPanel. Whenever i go to cPanel site won't open. I managed to open cPanel via proxy, but it is opening really slow with it so i can't work on site. Any ideas what to do or reasons?

Sometimes it takes a little longer but I'm sure if you can open the cpanel via a proxy then everything is ok, just keep trying.

I'm guessing it's cuz of slow connection. Only 2mbit. I'll just wait one week becouse I'm getting 10mbit. I'll wait till than and see what happens.
