Host don't active

Hello, I created and host account using a hotmail address and I never recive an activation email or something like this.

 

I try toi register again but it say the domain is using, (by me) but I cant login in cpanel

 

My domain is: wowla.co.cc

and user: gotik

(I have to register 2 times in the forum, the fisrt time I used the hotmail email, and the same I dont recive the activation)

First you need to go to co.cc and login and then point your domain to the heliohost nameservers which are:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

 

Then you need to wait about 24 hours for the changes to take effect before you can login here:

I did this, 2 days ago, if you enter http://wowla.co.cc:2082/

you can see they pay the user and password

 

but I cant enter with mi user and pass, I never recive an activation email :S

That's because your domain name isn't pointing to heliohost yet. Once you set the nameservers to heliohost you will be able to login.

Right now I enter to my domain with this dns, but its the same I can not login

If you do a ping to wowla.co.cc you can see that is pointed to ns1.heliohost.org

Another thing you need to do and that's login with lowercase, even if you signed up with uppercase letters.

yes, I do this with lowercase but nothing :S I try to recover pass but this email dont arrive because I use a hotmail email

Hi, I create a account with sub of heliohst and it es working perfect, I will add the domain to this account, but I cant because its on other account (my other account I never could enter)

 

Error from park wrapper: wowla.co.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.

 

You can delete the other account, please
