problem in displaying an html file

Hi,

 

I am new to this website. I have a registered domain name and I use your webhosting service. To start, I copied a simple index.html file to the public html folder, but I can not view my homepage. suppose my domain is www.myname.ir , I typed www.myname.ir/index.html

Nothing happens ( can not display the page).
