cannot send email through domain email address, SMTP error from remote mail server

hi I am Rochak

 

i registered(rochak.com.np) with heliohost about a month ago and created a domain email rochak@rochak.com.np

i am having problem sending messages through E-mail client from the email "rochak@rochak.com.np"

 

The error is

What can i do to make the sending email possible??

Can't Heliohost do nothing about it?

Hotmail thinks it's spam. djbob has already filled out the form once a few weeks ago. He'll have to look into it when he gets back online.

djbob has to fill out a form that tells Hotmail that Heliohost isn't a spam server. That's why Hotmail is blocking heliohost's mail. But now that I look at the url from your previous post I don't think djbob has filed out the form. djbob filled out the form from this site that I posted a few weeks ago:

This is a different site (i think):

 

http://postmaster.live.com/
