Can I use A record to point to the host?

Hi guys:

 

I've just reg a free helionet host but i can't logon with the user name and password from the activitation mail.

Also, I want to know if I could only use A record to point to the host, because it will took so long to change the dns server.

the address is chillhi.suzker.cn

You need to wait about 24 hours to login.

No, you really need to set the nameservers to:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

If you can't, just contact the company that hosts your domain name.

I had the same problem, but apparently it's a safety issue to let customers change it.

thank you and byron for the help. It appears that I do have to change the dns servers. :lol:
