artza Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Hi, I set my domain to point DNS to ns1.heliohost.org AND ns2.heliohost.org I did it 18 hours ago, but I get this result: Network Error (dns_server_failure) Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server. The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem. My domain provider checked and it seems that every thing is OK at their side. They gave me this DNS check this site: http://dnssy.com/report.php?q=www.artza.org.il Can you help me? Thanks David
Byron Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Our NS Servers are definely up and running. Is this your domain? www.artza.org.il Is it the domain you signed up with or is it a parked domain your trying to add?
Ashoat Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Your DNSSY site is saying the nameservers are responding, though.

David Hi, The company I bought the domain at, said that you (or maybe me) miss something called ZONE FILE, do you now what does it mean? And can you help with it?
Bill Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Your website fails some things on your dnssy site
Ashoat Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 It's looking like you never registered your domain with us. You'll need to do this before you have a zone file. Add a parked domain.
