artza Posted September 15, 2009 Share Posted September 15, 2009 Hi, I set my domain to point DNS to ns1.heliohost.org AND ns2.heliohost.org I did it 18 hours ago, but I get this result: Network Error (dns_server_failure) Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server. The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem. My domain provider checked and it seems that every thing is OK at their side. David Hi, The company I bought the domain at, said that you (or maybe me) miss something called ZONE FILE, do you now what does it mean? And can you help with it?
