1) How to change site adress and 2) Can i use file upload forms

1) So my current website adress in cpanel is matematikapismeni.co.cc but i want to change it. I cant find the option anywhere ?

2) Is it allowed to create the forms which have the file upload component ? I mean if i create a form on my site that uploads a file and sends an email(when submit is pressed) will it work ?

1. Add your new domain as a parked domain.

my main domain is matematikapismeni.co.cc, and i want to add the same thing but with the www prefix... addon domains, parked domains, and redirects arent working because it says its not a valid domain and wont let me add it...
