I look into php features and i see OpenSSL was installed so my question is:

 

You offer free SSL certificates? cause with OpenSSL this server can act like a CA.

Technically, yes. However, we aren't in any trusted roots, so if you're using a self-signed certificate most browsers will pop up a red flag and urge users to avoid your website.
