tylerrrgs
Dear tylerrr, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: The /usr partition on this server is running out of disk space. WHM operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.</h3> </body> </html> Not sure exactly what to ask except umm..what happened? And can it be fixed? ._. Rubdos
It just means the disk is full, where they store your data. They need to buy a new disk for Stevie (the server)

Ashoat
We don't need a new disk. I just accidentally deleted a log file when it was in use by another service, and then never killed the service to free up the disk space. Try signing up again. Antario
I think I put my question here. First of all, hi everyone I've just registered on HelioHost. I know, I have to wait 24 hours before it goes active, but it also says that I have to get a suspended message. The thing is that I get a Page Load Error and I can not log into cPanel. My question is if this is normal or not
