I got my heliohost account a couple of days back, but now when i try to open my url, i get this message

Not Found

 

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

i have the index file in the public_htm folder and everything, but i'm not even getting a directory. please help!

"public_html" is the folder you need, not "public_htm". Also, the index file has to be named something recognizable, like "index.html", "index.htm", or "index.php".
