Kill ruby on rails process

Hello. I need some admin to kill a mongrel server that is running on port 12152 or 12153 that seems to be causing problems with my other apps.

 

I had a rails app called blog on my user directory (/home/dangt85/etc/rails_apps/blog) that, for some reason it's stil running althoug I delete the application through the cPanel interface.

 

The app has a rewrite to the index url (www.danielgonzalez.com.ve)
