girardz Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 When I try to access my account it says: HelioHost Account Suspended Any idea why ???
Byron Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 If this was the page you saw: http://heliohost.org/suspended.page/ it could be any of those reasons. You'll need to post your domain name to find out from the administrator what the reason was.
Bill Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 Are you over using cron? Heliohost does state clearly about that HelioHost allows a maximum of two crons, each run a maximum of once daily. If you require a special exception, please contact us on our support forums. We check system crons regularly, and your account will be suspended if it is found to be in violation of these rules.
girardz Posted August 28, 2009 Author Posted August 28, 2009 I thought the only cron running was a day cron??? http://hardtime.heliohost.org
girardz Posted September 1, 2009 Author Posted September 1, 2009 Is there any chance of getting my acct back. Ill remove all of them, they are not really needed.
Ashoat Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Alright, I'll reenable your account. What's your username and HelioHost domain?
girardz Posted September 2, 2009 Author Posted September 2, 2009 Username: girardz http://hardtime.heliohost.org Thanks, Ill delete those crons as soon as I get back in and sorry for the inconvenience.
girardz Posted September 8, 2009 Author Posted September 8, 2009 Thank You for unsuspending my account. I was able to get back into my account after, but for the last 2 days all I get is: Address: http://hardtime.heliohost.org/login.php Address Not Found Firefox can't find the server at hardtime.heliohost.org. C-Panel log in fails also Any ideas ??
Ashoat Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 Looks like you hadn't logged in to cPanel for over a month, and you don't check your email.
girardz Posted September 9, 2009 Author Posted September 9, 2009 LOL I logged in the other day ????? And almost daily before my acct. was suspended for the cron use
Ashoat Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Well in that case I'm not sure what went wrong. But I'll tell you that the system only suspends accounts that have not been updated, so either: 1) You never visited the cPanel home page. 2) The cPanel home page isn't updating your account like it should. I just checked, and it is working fine. 3) The account deletion script isn't getting the right accounts. Except, it uses a static SQL query, so this is unlikely.
