Ashoat Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 I think you tried to add an SSL certificate while our system was recompiling the Apache configuration file. Try again now - are you still getting the same error? Quote
jmm Posted August 19, 2009 Author Posted August 19, 2009 Hey djbob, I keep getting the same error again and again! Best Regards Jose Quote
Ashoat Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 In your cPanel "Certificates" page, do any existing certificates show up? Quote
jmm Posted August 20, 2009 Author Posted August 20, 2009 Hey djbob, Yes both the certificates issued by CA are appearing in the list. Best Regards Jose Quote
Ashoat Posted August 20, 2009 Posted August 20, 2009 So they should be installed. Are you having any difficulties using them? Quote
jmm Posted August 21, 2009 Author Posted August 21, 2009 I get this error when i try to access the page ssl_error_rx_record_too_long. I dont know what is wrong. and when I try http://openid.heliohost.org:443/ for example I get the old account queued error page. Best Regards Jose Quote
Ashoat Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 I've confirmed this issue. I'm going to submit a ticket to the cPanel folks and see if they can figure out what is going on. Quote
Ashoat Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Okay, I submitted the ticket but I think it'll be a while before they have a solution. In the meantime I went ahead and manually installed your certificate. It should be online within 24 hours. Let me know if it still isn't working after that time. Quote

The certificate is working now, but it is pointing to the default openid.heliohost.org location and not to openid.in.eu.org... I think it will get fixed after apache re-compiles tonight. Thank you Djbob Best Regards Jose Quote
Ashoat Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 I actually only added the openid.heliohost.org location. Would you like me to add the openid.in.eu.org as well? Quote
jmm Posted August 25, 2009 Author Posted August 25, 2009 I actually only added the openid.heliohost.org location. Would you like me to add the openid.in.eu.org as well? Hey again, Yes openid.in.eu.org is the actual one I wanted added. Can you please add that for me.? Best Regards Jose Quote
Ashoat Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Okay, I've set up openid.in.eu.org. However, note that you can only have one certificate installed per IP - as such, you can't have both openid.heliohost.org and openid.in.eu.org. Quote
