fllrfth
Greetings, djbob, Byron and extended panel, "This page cannot be displayed", is the page I get when trying to access the site (http://www.hyperlaz.com) I registered on Aug 13, 2009 with Heliohost at which I received the email confirmation notice, thus I configured the DNS etc... but when trying to access the site and or cpanel via the links in the email confirmation or manual I get the "cannot be displayed" page, any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for time.
Wizard
What did you set the DNS to? Did you try the login at the bottom of the page on heliohost.org?
Ashoat
Your nameservers are incorrectly set. Change them to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
fllrfth
Your nameservers are incorrectly set. Change them to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org the nameservers were pointed to the heliohost nameserver and yes I tried logging in at the bottom of the main page. Please note I used caps (NS1.HELIOHOST.ORG etc...) however, so if that's what hindering the process then that's an easy fix but if not I'm still lost for an solution. Thanks, your time is appreciated.

Needs to be lowercase. actually the process of entering the nameservers into the section allocated for nameservers automatically converts to uppercase (caps) after typing the information and clicking "OK" on my domain host. Could it be the host IP (heliohost) needs tobe changed? it reads: 209.202.241.100 (for ns1) and 209.202.218.170 (for ns2).
Ashoat
Needs to be lowercase. Not actually true. Domain names (not query strings or the rest of the URL, though) are case insensitive. fllrfth: it takes around 48 hours for DNS propagation to complete. Let me know once a WhoIs query returns the nameservers for your domain as HelioHost's.

Also yes the nameservers are that of heliohost at this very minute for the domain.
Byron
I just assumed that the nameservers should have been lowercase sense my whois was showing the correct nameservers only in uppercase. But the correct ip's for heliohost are: ns1.heliohost.org is 65.19.143.4, and ns2.heliohost.org is 65.19.143.

I've configured the IP (I'll wait 24-48 more hours for possible propagation) and will inform you of any change. djbob, byron your time and work is appreciated, Thanks. If your registrar is treating them otherwise then they are doing something wrong. fllrfth: your domain name is not showing up in our system. I think your account might have disappeared from our system through an accidental wipe I did a few days ago. Could you please sign up again?
