Just a suggestion:

 

When someone signs up, why don't you include the DNS and FTP setup details in the activation e-mail?

 

This would certainly save time in searching for this information.

 

Also, a full list of features would be nice.

As far as I now the ftp has always been the same as your domain name when it comes to cpanel.

 

ie:

 

(same username and password for both)

http://alpha1omega.uni.cc

ftp.alpha1omega.uni.cc

 

and the name servers are:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

All of that's available on the web site. I'd rather people looked around there, because there's ads on the home page and they're our main source of income.
