Account suspended

Hi,

 

When I tried accessing my site (www.newlife.heliohost.org), I got a page saying that my account was suspended. I then tried following the link to reactivate my account, but got this error: "Sorry, your username could not be found in the list of accounts suspended for being inactive..."

 

I'm not quite sure what the problem is and am looking for help.

Surprisingly, your account had a corrupted database entry. This is very rare; regardless, I have corrected the issue and you should be able to unsuspend your account. Please try renew.php just one more time.
