DNS not working

Hi, I registered two days ago, but when I enter in the url I got in my email, it still doesn't connect.

 

I added a few files to my public html directory already too, can I get some help??

This is a very strange error. I'm looking into it right now.

After investigating this quite a bit, my guess is that your account was in the process of creation when something caused the server to go down. As a result, your account was corrupted.

 

I suggest at this point to let me just delete your existing account and then you can create a replacement one. Does this sound good to you?
