S.O.A. clan Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 i had my Firefox remembering my log in info and i had it synced to Xmarks and when i got my new computer it wiped all my passwords from my xmarks account... and now i can't remember my password or userame... ok, lets get the fact that I'm an idiot out of the way, i am really stupid not to have used keepass... is there any way i can request the account information be sent to the e-mail a dress it is registered to? site: http://scourgeofasgarnia.heliohost.org/ E-mail: scourgeofasgarnia@gmail.com
Ashoat Posted July 20, 2009 Posted July 20, 2009 Strangely enough... the account database has no record for either your email or your IP address, so I can't confirm your identity. This was a rare bug that occurred only for some people who registered two months ago. Can you give me some information regarding the account that only you would know? Perhaps some files/settings that you have configured.
