Hello!

I encounter the same problem. I uploaded all my files to the public_html folder. For example my home.htm file. However, I only get a white page, no error message. I used my own domain, which is www.chrisabroad.de. I would appreciate any kind of help.

Thank you very much.

"home.htm" is not the default index file - "index.html" is. Either change the index file in .htaccess, add a redirect, or change "home.htm" to "index.html". Also: Chrome is telling me that your home.htm file has a redirect loop. You should fix that.

Thank you. I changed the name of home.htm to index.html. It doesn't work. I deleted all the content and used a test website instead, it doesn't work. I don't know what else I can do. Can you please tell me what the IP adress of my website is? Or where I can find it.

Thank you

Nameservers are handled from the domain registrar's side. Here's the best guide we can offer you, but the control panel varies based off the domain registrar you purchased your domain from. There should be an option somewhere.
