FTP doesn't work again?

I can't connect to my FTP. may be server go down?

 

Logs into cPanel are clean....

 

My FTP client's log:

Статус: Определение IP для tux.int.ru

Статус: Соединяюсь с 209.51.196.250:21...

Ошибка: Не могу соединиться!

Status: Resolve tux.int.ru

Status: Connect to 209.51.196.250:21...

Error: Couldn't connect!

 

I try to use ftp.tux.int.ru... FTP not work.

 

P.S. my english is too bad.
