You have an active account on Ricky too which is under the maintenance of the rebuild and all the Ricky accounts are being marked inactive in preparation for archiving and rebuilding and I believe you may have renewed one again when you just got an email from us stating that your account got flagged as inactive.

 

Please do not try to renew your account if you get another email again because the accounts will soon be archived so the old Ricky server can be decommissioned and the new one can be built. If you do it, it will go inactive again within an hour.

 

Other than that, If you want to minimize the downtime on your site, the best option is donate as little as $1.00 USD and a Heliohost admin will move from your Ricky account along the files you may have onto Tommy server.
