Kashif Posted July 10, 2005 Share Posted July 10, 2005 how do you streaming add audio/video to a site i want to add a live video to my site, but know how to do it, every time i try all it does is , make a link so someone can download it. i want them to view it on my site. can anyone let me know how to do that... Kyougi Posted July 10, 2005 Share Posted July 10, 2005 I don't think you can put live streaming video on your HN account because of two reasons, one it takes up too much bandwith, two it requires some software installation onto the base system, which no one here has. HerLoss Posted July 10, 2005 Share Posted July 10, 2005 Like, when you use the <img scr=> tag, its really <embed img src=>, cuz its embedding an image, or at least thats the theory. You can do something similar for movies and audio, but it embeds WMP, QuickTime, or something of that nature, and plays it within it.
