Hi,

 

I couldn't sign in to my account after several tries, I reckoned I forgot the password so I reset the password. I received the email and changed my password accordingly. However, I still couldn't sign in after the system told me it has been reset. And my IP has been blocked after only 1 attempt. Can anyone help me out?

Unblocked. You don’t have to do anything about your IP address being blocked since we will take it off the next time it happens again! :)
