Cannot add Add-on Domain

hi @all

I add ballerteam.co.cc to my domain as a parked domain. Then I detect that the thing I need is a add-on domain. So I delete the parked domain.

All went fine. Then I tried to add the add-on Domain. I got a error :

There was a problem creating the addondomain.

Details :

Error from domain wrapper: Bind reloading on stevie using rndc zone: [timpambor.heliohost.org]

 

Then I recognized that there is a subdomain ballerteam.timpambor.heliohost.org. I didn't create this subdomain and it is also not in the subdomain list.

So, What should I do to add this domain as a addon domain ?
