Marcos Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 Guys, I tried to change my SSL certificate. I removed the domain old certificate, uploaded the new certificate and, when I tried to install the new certificate, cPanel returned this error: Failed to install SSL certificate on the domain Error from ssl wrapper: Waiting for httpd to restart..............finished. /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start -DSSL running as root with pid 12888 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start -DSSL running as root with pid 13145 /bin/sh /etc/init.d/httpd stop running as root with pid 13985 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k stop -DSSL running as root with pid 13987 httpd started ok Certificate verification passed The CRT for the domain seguro.tvemdestaque.com could not be installed. Apache produced the following errors: Finished Install Process.. Unknown error What can I do to resolve this error and install the new SSL certificate? Thanks.
Victor Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 I have the same problem. I have different pids, and it says my main domain could not be installed, not the one I have a certificate for.
Ashoat Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Despite the error, your SSL certificate should be up and working within a day. Just pretend you didn't get an error and everything should be fine. Let me know if you still have problems after 24 hours.
