As far as I know, the 'reset' is an administrator deleting your account and making a new one with the same name, but the admin's out right now. Why do you need this anyways?

Hi Wizard,

It is because I am not able to install any of the scripts from the fantastico installer cp, getting various errors for different scripts, I need wordpress installed, but when I try I get error as described in the following post: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=4051

It would be great if admin could do fresh install on my account, so I could start all over agin.

Thank you for great hosting otherwise.

Because wordpress.com does not offer as much flexibility as I need, and I like to have full control of my blog...
