Hi All,

Just create addon domain on my account for domain.co.cc.. however when I try to install wordpress onto that domain from fantastico installer cp it does not do anything, on step 2 I see only: Install WordPress (2/3) and the blank space below??

Am I doing something wrong or is there issue with scripts?

Thank you

Try installing it through your MAIN domain and if that works than just move the folder to your addon domain folder.

(tried to allocate 48 bytes) in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico//includes/enc_check.inc.php
on line 378

I think that error is telling you that you don't have enough space on your site to add word press. It should tell you on the instructions before you add if you have enough allocated space. How much space does it say you have?

I have Disk space available: 240.5 MB

Is there any way to reset account as it was when created first time?

One of other web host I use have that option available in the CPanel...

I don't believe that there is a reset option on our cpanel. If there is I haven't see it.

Hopefully one of the administrators will look into your problem.
