[Solved] Error resetting password

I'm gonna reactivate my account because of the activity but i don't know my password anymore so i change it, but when I'm gonna change it, it says that

"server time error to change your password, the server must be at 20"

 

I try also on cpan to change my password but it says that my account is suspended
