From reading other forum posts, this seems to be because I have already signed up with this IP. I have been to this site before and it is quite probable that I signed up, however I don't even remember my username. My IP is 76.176.154.70, is it possible to remove the account assigned to this IP so I can reregister? Probably it is marked as idle and has no data.
