[Inactive] About Auto SSL on Addon Domain on Ricky Server Still Not Activated

I use Ricky server with main/primary domain is example.heliohost.org

I add domain on section addon domain on cpanel contoh1.biz.st

Untill 2 days and now almost 24 hours still not get activated auto SSL for addon domain,

 

Please help me sir...
