account email disappeared o0

hi , i recieved an email yesterday telling me that the account was created but I am still waiting for the validation , a wanted to check that email this morning and it wasn't there , i checked the deleted mails but nothing , it simply disappeared from my mail box , so I'm asking if i can get the same email a second time ? and i want to know if you encounter problems with validation process or is it normal that it takes so long ?
