change php.ini possible?

Hi,

is it possible that "magic_quotes_gpc" can be enabled? I need it for hlstats and as i think there is only one php.ini for the entire server. Sry for my bad english btw

No. That feature is not recommended by PHP and is deprecated as of PHP 6. I suggest using more up-to-date software
