firzenr Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Well...I log into my cPanel, and already there are strange, fascinating issues. First of which, on the stats, there are 3 errors, which say that a "fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive". I click on the first one, and get this: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DomainLookup.pm line 36. Cpanel::DomainLookup::listsubdomains() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Park.pm line 109 Cpanel::Park::_countaddons() called at (eval 99) line 1 eval '$rSTATS->{$key}{$item} = Cpanel::Park::_countaddons();' called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/StatsBar.pm line 241 Cpanel::StatsBar::api2_stat('infinitylang', 'true', 'rowcounter', 'mainstats', 'display', 'emailac_counts|subdomains|parkeddomains|addondomains|ftpaccounts...') called at (eval 91) line 1 eval '$dataref = [Cpanel::StatsBar::api2_stat(%CFG)];' called at cpanel.pl line 4942 main::api2_exec('StatsBar', 'stat', 'HASH(0x2b09e98cf540)', 'HASH(0x21935a0)') called at cpanel.pl line 1468 main::cpexectag('<?cp StatsBar::stat([tr class="row-%"][td width="40\{percent}"][...') called at cpanel.pl line 4739 main::dotag(undef) called at cpanel.pl line 4622 main::cpanel_parseblock('SCALAR(0x2b09e98bca30)') called at cpanel.pl line 4574 main::cpanel_parse('GLOB(0x1f615fb0)') called at cpanel.pl line 2852 main::doinclude('/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3/branding//index.html', 0, 1) called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Branding.pm line 95 Cpanel::Branding::Branding_include('index.html') called at (eval 7) line 1 eval 'Cpanel::Branding::Branding_include(@{$argref});' called at cpanel.pl line 1636 main::exectag('<cpanel Branding="include(index.html)">') called at cpanel.pl line 4739 main::dotag(undef) called at cpanel.pl line 4622 main::cpanel_parseblock('SCALAR(0x2137500)') called at cpanel.pl line 4574 main::cpanel_parse('GLOB(0x1f5b8e90)') called at cpanel.pl line 1302 Then I click on the second one... Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DomainLookup.pm line 36. Cpanel::DomainLookup::listsubdomains() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SubDomain.pm line 170 Cpanel::SubDomain::countsubdomains() called at (eval 101) line 1 eval '$rSTATS->{$key}{$item} = Cpanel::SubDomain::countsubdomains();' called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/StatsBar.pm line 241 Cpanel::StatsBar::api2_stat('infinitylang', 'true', 'rowcounter', 'mainstats', 'display', 'emailac_counts|subdomains|parkeddomains|addondomains|ftpaccounts...') called at (eval 91) line 1 eval '$dataref = [Cpanel::StatsBar::api2_stat(%CFG)];' called at cpanel.pl line 4942 main::api2_exec('StatsBar', 'stat', 'HASH(0x2b09e98cf540)', 'HASH(0x21935a0)') called at cpanel.pl line 1468 main::cpexectag('<?cp StatsBar::stat([tr class="row-%"][td width="40\{percent}"][...') called at cpanel.pl line 4739 main::dotag(undef) called at cpanel.pl line 4622 main::cpanel_parseblock('SCALAR(0x2b09e98bca30)') called at cpanel.pl line 4574 main::cpanel_parse('GLOB(0x1f615fb0)') called at cpanel.pl line 2852 main::doinclude('/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3/branding//index.html', 0, 1) called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Branding.pm line 95 Cpanel::Branding::Branding_include('index.html') called at (eval 7) line 1 eval 'Cpanel::Branding::Branding_include(@{$argref});' called at cpanel.pl line 1636 main::exectag('<cpanel Branding="include(index.html)">') called at cpanel.pl line 4739 main::dotag(undef) called at cpanel.pl line 4622 main::cpanel_parseblock('SCALAR(0x2137500)') called at cpanel.pl line 4574 main::cpanel_parse('GLOB(0x1f5b8e90)') called at cpanel.pl line 1302 My diskspace usage is at 250.5/250 MB, so it says. But I haven't used that much. Nowhere near. I click on my file manager. It says, "Loading data" or something like that. Then, "Data Error". I can't access a single file, folder... If I use webdisk, I can still browse around, but I can't upload anything on. Any solutions?
Ashoat Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 Stats are currently down. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=3850
firzenr Posted November 25, 2008 Author Posted November 25, 2008 Stats are currently down. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=3850 Does that also explain the full disk?
Ashoat Posted November 29, 2008 Posted November 29, 2008 Most of your space is being taken by a "preview2.swf" file in your public_html folder. Your MediaWiki is also taking a good bit of space, and so is the "_private" folder. Altogether, you are using 290mB of space, which is above your allocated 250mB.
