drg
I currently have my domain drgsavill.com with webhero, part of Catalog.com. I would like to transfer it to helionet but it is not 60 days old yet. I understand I can still have it hosted here and have Webhero point the domain here. What information do I need to give Webhero to do this?
Wizard
Change your DNS to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org I believe.
drg
Change your DNS to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org I believe. Thanks, I am going to call Webhero again and ask them what they need. Hopefully, what you provided will do it. Change your DNS to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org I believe. I called Webhero and they said I also need to get the A record or also called the host record, which I believe is an IP address
Ashoat
No, you do not need an A record. Ask them to remove all A records - HelioNet will handle that. If they really want one, tell them 65.19.143.3.
