Cannot login to account

My account user is: canbodoa

My domain is: canbodoan.org

I have tried to log in, but unsucessfully. And I was unable to find somethink like "Forget password?"

 

Please give me some instruction to deal with it. Thanks you very much.

Looks like your account was deleted in the server move. Please create a new account with the same username/password.

T_T, sorry, does it mean "deleted"? I had a remarkable database there, and the last backup cannot fully recovery it!

Yeah, everything from the old server that wasn't requested to transfer into the new server is gone. Sorry.

You had three months to request an account transfer. There was big, bold, red text at the top of your cPanel account. You had to login to your cPanel account sometime in those three months, or else it would have been deleted anyways.
