Hi Heliohost team!

 

I'm glad to see you've kept up the good work!

 

Could you please tell me the rules I have to follow in orderto keep my site active. I searched all this forum but

 

found no answer. It's been several months since I'm a member to Heliohost and have a site ( jfm.heliohost.org )

 

working very well ( because of you )...A couple of days ago I checked my site and it was going very fine. But I

 

did the same yesterday and it seems unaccessible, so is my cpanel. I know you've been moving to a new server but I

 

didn't have a mail to notice me. Having data lost is no problem to me. I just wonder if I've missed some rules or

 

conditions to keep my site activated ( like logging once a week )...
