Hacked my site??

Good day all community.

 

I am building an page. After save the changes, has Firefox showed a security error. I'm have clicked, and a surprise! The data is from other site. Example: I'm PHP 72 (no PHP 56), and my principal site has Dylan....xyz, not a domain heliohost.org.

 

Need help! I'm attached files.
